Scrum Master Certification training is a 6-week live UK programme with sprint simulations, SAFe overview, and CSM / PSM I exam preparation.
The Scrum Master is one of the most sought-after roles in UK technology organisations. This programme develops your facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills across all Scrum events, artefacts, and roles — aligned to the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and PSM I standards.
You'll practise Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective facilitation through live simulations, learn to coach development teams and Product Owners, handle impediment removal, and explore scaling frameworks including SAFe and LeSS for enterprise Agile environments.
